Our Home Sweet Home's provides first home buyers, residential property investors and existing home owners with access to home loan and other banking products, as well as free access to an extensive information and resource center which includes articles, guides, videos and external links - all designed to support, educate and empower potential and existing property owners and investors.

OUR TEAM:

		PETER BOEHM - Co-founder Peter is the father of two teenage boys and has a valuable insight into the generation preparing for financial independence and hopefully home ownership. Coupled with his extensive experience in financial services, he understands what first home buyers are going through, and how much more difficult it is to buy your first home today than it was 20 years ago. Peter co-founded Our Home Sweet Home to help those like his sons and others make taking their first steps on the property ladder a bit easier and ultimately more rewarding. Peter is an experienced senior executive with over thirty years domestic and international experience in the financial services, funds management, property development, professional services and business advisory sectors.

		STEVEN KLOSS - Non-executive director As a father and employer of hundreds of young people, Steven is passionate about the issues faced by people trying to buy their first home. He understands that buying a first home is a massive step in the development of a person's life - creating pride, responsibility and a real sense of ownership. Steven is passionate about ensuring that everyone has the opportunity and support to make their home ownership dream a reality. Steven has extensive experience in the on line space and is a founding shareholder and director of carsales.com.au.

		STEPHEN MOULTON - Consultant to the board With an extensive and successful career in commercial law and involved in the foundation of PLAN Australia (Australia's second largest mortgage broker), Stephen founded Our Home Sweet Home when he realised there was nothing in the online space which offered the first home buyer independent information and contacts to help them make their great Australian dreams a reality. Like many others who have children (Stephen has three children, two of whom are teenagers), he is extremely concerned about how young people will be able to afford housing in the future and believes Our Home Sweet Home can play a critical role in lobbying Governments to take real ownership of a looming problem that will only worsen without serious intervention and help. Stephen has been actively involved in advising many people in the finance and property industries and brings a wealth of commercial and legal experience to Our Home Sweet Home.
